What will happen during the last days? Who can tell us? Fortune tellers and psychics predict this and that but are nowhere near one hundred percent right. So, who is? God, of course. Let us look at what Jesus says to his own disciples in private.

First, he warned us to beware so no one deceives us by saying he is Christ, but these will deceive many. Look at Jim Jones and David Karesh both idiots and false christs. Both are dead and will be damned.

We will hear of wars and rumors of wars and that is what we have today in many places. Don’t be troubled by this as these things must happen but the end isn’t yet. Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and pestilences and earthquakes in many places. How many places have famines going on right now? How many deadly diseases are going around the world? How many nations are rising against nations?

Right now, we hear that Syria is demanding Israel accept the Arab peace initiative. That isn’t going to happen. Syria has threatened war if Israel doesn’t. It will be the last time when they do. They will be joined by Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, and Russia to name a few. This is the war spoken of in scripture where the King of the North or Rosh and their allies attack Israel and go all the way to Cairo and defeat Egypt but something will enrage the commander of that army and it will turn around and head back to attack Jerusalem. Just south of Jerusalem, on the hillsides of Palestine, the earth will open up and swallow whole divisions, the wild animals will attack them, and fire will fall from heaven and eighty percent of that army will be obliterated in one single hour, along with the capital cities and ruling bodies of every single nation that attacked or supported the attack. The economy will be in ruins.

It is important to note that America is bound to Israel by treaty and blood. If Israel is attacked with an army, America will react. However, we also know that Russia or Rosh knows this. How can they attack Israel and not be attacked by America? They will attack America and all the countries that hate Israel also hate America. What other reason could there be for America to get hit? That’s easy, sin. Yes, S-I-N. America, which has taught more religion than any other nation is also more corrupt and sinful than any in history. Anything is alright. God says different. Gayism, feminism, drunkenness, drugism, adultery, fornication, lying, stealing, cheating, as well as every kind of sin known in the bible is pretty much okay. God says NO IT ISN’T. Gayism is an abomination to God. Where are Sodom and Gomorrah? Where is ancient Rome? Where is ancient Greece. They were destroyed and we will be too if this country doesn’t repent and soon.

Let us go on. We know that these wars and such are only the beginning of sorrows that are to come. In other words only the very beginning of the end times. Now we see how true believers will be treated.

People, everywhere will deliver us to councils, to be persecuted and beaten and killed and we will be hated by all nations for Jesus name’s sake. May will be offended and betray one another and hate one another. This is the time of testing of our faith. Those who remain true during all this will receive a crown of life. The rest will be sent a strong delusion and believe the lie of the beast of Revelation and accept his mark, name, or symbol.

Many false prophets and false christs will rise and deceive many and because iniquity (evil) will abound, the love for Christ will grow cold. He that endures until the end shall be saved. This gospel, the one Christ taught, will be preached in the whole world as a witness to all nations and then the end will come.

When you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel, standing in the holy place, let those in Judaes flee to the mountains without stopping to get anything. Woe to those that are pregnant or nursing in those days. Pray that your flight is not in winter or on the Sabbath day.

Then shall come Great Tribulation unlike anything since the world began and never will be again. Unless those days were shortened, no one would remain alive but for the elect’s (believer’s) sake, those days will be shortened. Then if anyone tells you Christ is here or there, don’t believe it.

Many false christs and false prophets will arise and do great signs and wonders so that if it were possible they might deceive the very elect. If they tell you Christ is in the desert, don’t go or in the secret chambers, don’t believe it. As the lightning comes from the east to the west, so will Christ’s return be. Wherever the body is, there the eagles are gathered. Some have interpreted this as vultures but that isn’t what it says.

Immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun shall go dark and the moon will go dark and the stars will fall from heaven and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken. Then will appear the sign of the coming of the Son of Man and all the nations will mourn. Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Now comes the good part. Then Jesus will send his angels, with the sound of a great trumpet, to gather his elect (believers) from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. This is when the dead in Christ will rise first and then those alive will be gathered to meet him in the air and forever be with him.

Not a bad ending is it? I love it because when he comes, the beast and the false prophet are destroyed by the brightness of his coming and go directly to the Lake of Fire forever. Satan is bound and thrown into a bottomless pit for a thousand years. No more temptation for a long time.

In the last part we covered up to the two witnesses rising from the dead and ascending up into heaven or the clouds. I have no doubt this will enrage the beast and he will hunt down anyone who rejects his mark, his symbol, his name, or worshippjng his image. True believers will have to hide and teach as many as possible. The 144,000 witnesses will be teaching in every country. We must stand up for Christ, regardless, of the circumstance. Tens of thousands will die for their faith and for the gospel. I know that many will also turn away and accept the mark. Now let us continue with the events of this last seven years.

Scripture tells us that from that point onward, judgment will come every time the beast promises peace and happiness. It is the failure on his part that will lead many, even followers to question his godhood. We have to look at Revelation to see what’s coming and now we will do just that.

Revelation tells us that the church must be right or God will take their candlestick out of its place and destroy them. Only Philadelphia is told that they will be kept from the “hour of temptation that comes upon the whole world.” However, they are not told they will be kept from the trials of all the tribulation, just this one hour. How long is that? We are not told exactly but we can get a good idea for the prophecies of Revelation.

First come the Four Horsemen. One is the rider that goes out to conquer. The next is war that of the removal of peace for the world. The third horse is black and represents obscene prices and inflation. The fourth horse’s rider is death and hell follows him. These four are the beginning of the end. Since there are so many antichrists in this world, I believe the first four are riding right now. We have the Islamics that murder believers because they won’t knuckle down to Islam and they get away with it. There are the Chinese rulers that kill believers all the time. There are other countries where to be found to be a believer, you will be persecuted and killed. True Christians are hated in most, if not all nations even now, as foretold in scripture. We are in these days. The white horse’s rider has been interpreted as the antichrist. There are many of those around right now, so his spirit is growing. These people that kill true believers think they do a good thing, just like scripture told us they would believe. Now we turn to the rest of the seals.

The fifth seal reveals the souls of those slain for God’s Word and the testimony of Christ. They ask how long before God judges those on the earth. They are told to rest “a little season until their fellow brethren that will be slain as they were be fulfilled.” Notice that many were beheaded, just like the Islamics do.

The sixth seal reveals a gigantic earthquake with the sun and moon going dark. Fire and blood is cast on the earth. The stars of heaven fall to the earth. I believe that this represents a titanic meteor storm or all out nuclear war. Then the sky rolls back and every mountain falls and every island disappears. Think about islands for a moment and I ask you this. What do those that live on islands worship? Do they worship God or some false religion. The answer, in truth, is false religion, though there are believers even there. When the sixth seal is opened, the kings and most inhabitants run to the mountains and ask them to fall on them and hide them from the face of He who sits on the throne. They know who it is. The 144,000, twelve thousand from each of the twelve tribes of Israel are sealed by God and go forth to teach all nations Christ’s gospel. Many will be killed but millions will come to accept Christ.

The seventh seal is odd. There is silence in heaven for about half an hour. We aren’t told exactly what this means but we can think. I believe this is when Christ and his holy angels and saints return to earth to set up his rule. How can this be when there is more written? Let us think logically. Since the sixth seal is a great earthquake, cannot it not mean that the other judgments are falling during this time. That is not any injustice to scripture and, I believe, right.

Now we look at the next set of judgments, the trumpets. There is an earthquake at that moment just before the angels sound. I believe it is the same earthquake of the sixth seal. When the first trumpet sounds hail and fire mixed with blood fall to earth and one third of all trees and all green grass is burned up.

The second trumpet reveals a giant burning mountain falling into the sea and one third of all sea life and ships are destroyed. This is, no doubt, an asteroid of which there are many close to the earth and could impact. The tidal wave from that strike cannot be imagined as we have never seen one like it. An impact of such kind would be like a huge atomic bomb going off and a fire storm would erupt and travel at around 750 miles per hour around the world, wiping out coastal and inland cities for miles inland.

The third trumpet is a burning star that falls on one third of all rivers and springs. This star is called Wormwood and is deadly poisonous. I believe it to be an unknown comet that explodes in the air and the wind carries it around the world.

The fourth trumpet brings about darkness for eight hours of each day and night. No light will shine and the darkness is so strong as to bring agony to those with the mark of the beast or his worshippers.

Now we see an angel crying, “Woe, woe, woe to the inhabitants of the earth, because of the remaining blasts of the trumpet of the three angels who are about to sound.”

That is some warning. Get ready for judgments become severe.

The fifty trumpet is an angel that opens the bottomless pit and “locusts” come out, though they are not real locusts. They are demons that look like locusts, not grasshoppers. This is what darkens the air, sun, and moon for eight hours a day. These are only allowed to harm those who do not have the seal of the living God on their foreheads. I believe that every true believer will be sealed by this time. The torment of these “locusts” is like a scorpion’s sting and they will seek death and he will flee from them for five months. They can’t die no matter what they do. These “locusts” are like horses prepared for battle. They wear crowns and their faces are like men’s faces. They have hair like women’s and breastplates like iron. They have wings that sounds very loud and tails like scorpions. Does that sound like anything we can see? No, it does not. Yet, I believe they will be seen by mankind for the first time, visibly. That is to be seen.

The sixth trumpet releases the four angels bound in the Euphrates River that gather the army of 100,000,000. This army kills one third of all mankind. Their breastplates are of fiery red, blue, and yellow. The horse’s heads like lions heads. From their mouths come fire, smoke, and brimestone (sulphur). Talking about obnoxious and hard to breath.

At this time, seven thunders utter their voices but John is told not to write what they said down. We must wait to find out what those voices said. Then an angel, with a book, stands with one foot in the sea and the other on land and declares that time should be no more. Thus time ends and from this point onward time doesn’t count.

When the seventh trumpet sounds, the mystery of God is finished. Then John is given a reed to measure the temple and told not to count the courtyard outside for the Gentiles will tread it down for forty two months. From this, we see that this is the midpoint of the tribulation period.

God then gives power to the two witnesses to prophecy for 1,260 days or three and one half years. If anyone would harm them, fire comes from their mouths and devour their enemies. As you can see, many of these events are happening at the same time. When they are finished prophesying, the beast will kill them and their bodies will lie in the street called Straight, in Jerusalem for three and one half days. People from around the world will see their dead bodies and rejoice over the and make merry because of the plagues they brought on unbelieving mankind. Life will reenter them and they will get up and then a voice from heaven will tell them to, “Come up here.” They will rise upward and vanish into heaven. Great fear will fall on everyone that sees this. In that hour an earthquake will destroy a tenth of the city and seven thousand will be slain.

The seventh trumpet brings a declaration that the kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and his Christ. Then the temple, in heaven, is opened and the ark is seen and there are lightening, voices, and an earthquake.

Now, we are given an interlude where we see a woman clothed with the sun and the moon under her feet and on her head a crown of twelve stars. She is pregnant and the dragon or satan appears with seven heads and seven diadems in his heads. His tail draws down a third of the stars and casts them to the earth and he stands before the woman to devour her child but it is taken up to heaven to God for he will rule all nations. The woman flees to the wilderness, in modern terms desert, and is protected for three and one half years. War breaks out in heaven and satan and his demons are cast to the earth and are never allowed back into heaven. Satan knows he only has a short time now and goes to make war against the remnant of the woman or Israel. The dragon sends an army after the woman but the earth opens and swallows that army completely. Enraged, he goes out to make war with her offspring who keep God’s commandments and have Jesus’ testimony.

This time, we’ll take a practical look at what the Last Days will be about. First, we must consider what time in history is right now. With the events going on worldwide and many are in agreement with me on this, the beginning of sorrow has started. Even the best know Theological experts are agreed that this appears to be the start.

What event will trigger the appearance of the beast of Revelation? There has to be some significant event that causes world wide chaos and disaster. No normal everyday event could get any country to give up their self government today unless there was no governmental body left and the economy was in ruins. What do people always do when a real disaster happens, like New Orleans. They start hollering, “Fix it for us.” Face it, people are lazy, real lazy today. Most are too lazy to walk to the store next door, they’ll drive. Why do you think so many are overweight?

From a practical standpoint, something must happen that leaves many countries in ruins and leaderless. This will happen. I believe that the war against Israel is next in prophecy and will happen before long. When it does, all those nations that fought against Israel or supported the army will be devastated. Their leaders will be dead from God’s judgment and their economies will be in ruins. Millions will starve in the first week.

If America got hit, what would happen here? First, there’d be no corner stores and the big grocery stores would be empty within four days. It is known that companies like Safeway, Kroger, and other food giants have only three to four days food stored in their warehouses and they would be empty. If America gets hit, there won’t be any electricity, natural gas, propane, or telephones. What would the kids do without their Ipods or computers? What would any business do? They would fold. Within weeks, the unemployment rate would be sixty percent and people would fight and kill for any job no matter what it was. There would be riots break out between Americans and foreigners, especially those from Mexico who have cheated to get here. Those that were real Americans would, most likely, have to fight their own people just to keep jobs. Gangs and thugs would be everywhere and the “law of the gun’ would reoccur. Anyone with a garden would have to fight to keep what’s left.

The cities would be tombs of tens of millions. Only scattered towns would survive and then only by protecting themselves. There are only four companies in America that have a cash reserve to help them last through a time like this and that wouldn’t last long with the executives obscene salaries. Food would be scarce within a week and millions would die of starvation within weeks.

And that’s just the basics. America would survive but the special interest groups would be gone. This is what awaits America. I can foresee us getting attacked by someone like China. The problem for China is that they are atheists and won’t win no matter how big their army is. God will hand them a complete defeat when he defends his believers here.

Let’s turn to the rest of the world. From a small country, a man will rise to power quickly. He will seem to have every answer the world has looked for for centuries. He will have the ability to solve problems, that have plagues scientists and economists, in minutes. He will be a genius at strategy and maneuvering. The nations devastated will beg him to help them. He will promise them a lasting peace but they will have to let him take control to solve things and they’ll give the power to him. He will begin passing laws that seem innocent but aren’t. He’ll outlaw things and change things without anyone even realizing it, except those that belong to God.

Because he is of Jewish descent, he will begin short lived talks with Israel, who is also recovering from the war but they are still intact. Within a very short time, probably only about a year, he will sign a treaty guaranteeing Israel’s protection for seven years. He’ll have the power and might to enforce it too. The Israelites will accept him as their savior because he will do something that will convince them that he stopped the war all by himself. To their sorrow, they trust him because he is Jewish.

One result of the war is the destruction of the Dome of the Rock and the Mosques on the temple mount. Israel will take total control and begin rebuilding their temple. Since I know the stones are already bought, cut, numbered, and stored around the world, it won’t take but a few months until they will begin the sacrifices of old.

This treaty that was signed marks the beginning of the Tribulation Period of seven years. It is possible that the real treaty will be agreed upon secretly with the public signing later. That may be why no one will know the exact time when Christ is to return as only God the Father knows what day or hour.

Meanwhile, two witnesses will appear in Jerusalem and they will renounce this leader as the antichrist. He can do nothing until they are finished testifying three and one half years later. There will be many attempts to kill them and fire will come from their mouths and devour their enemies. They can’t be touched by anyone. Because of the plagues they send upon the earth, people will curse them but million will turn to Christ and be saved.

At the midpoint of the Tribulation, the beast is killed by a blow to the head from a sword and lies in state for three days and nights. Then he, apparently rises from the dead. This will convince many that he is the messiah, especially those that haven’t read scripture. And some that have but refuse to believe them. While he’s dead, the False Prophet, who has done signs and wonders like calling down fire from heaven, will command the beast’s followers to make an image or statue of the beast. He will have the satanic power to appear to give it life. Of course, this is nothing more than demon possession of the statue.

When the beast rises from the dead, he will gather his army and march on the new temple. He will enter it, toss out the priests and sacrifices and go into the Holy of Holies, where only the High Priest is allowed once a year, sit down on the altar, and declare he is God Almighty returned to earth. The beast who was a man is no longer so. His body is physically taken over by satan incarnate. He is no longer human but vile and completely evil.

God will open the Jews eyes and they will know the beast for what he is, the antichriist of Daniel. Thousands will flee Jerusalem overnight and head for Petra, a place of protection where they will be protected by God himself. Nothing can harm them there for three and one half years. The beast will send an army after them but the earth will open up and swallow it completely. By the time he realizes it, he will be enraged and go to war against her children and all believers. Then they will put the image in the temple and most will go and worship it to their eternal sorrow.

At this time, everyone is commanded to take his mark, his name, or his symbol on their right hand or on their forehead. This visible mark will show if you are with him or against him. We don’t know yet what that mark will look like but we will. Woe to anyone that takes it. Then the beast will go to the two witnesses and kill them and won’t allow their bodies to be buried. People, worldwide, will rejoice and party, so glad the plague bringers are dead. Three days later, they will get a shock when the witnesses will come back to life. Then they will rise up out of sight in front of people. I can just see twenty four hour news coverage of their dead bodies lying in the street called Straight. Then they get up and rise upward. Many will see them and praise God right then and there.

In the last article we covered up through the devil being cast out of heaven forever. Now let us look at the next events, which may well be happening at the same time as the others.

John sees a beast rise from the sea or politics with seven heads, just like in the last article, and ten horns which have crowns and blasphemy on his heads. The beast was like a leopard, his feet like a bear, his mouth like a lion and the dragon gives him his power. This is the antichrist of Revelation, a man possessed by satan. One of his heads was mortally wounded and it was healed. All the world worships and wonders after this beast. They worship the dragon that gives power to the beast. He speaks great things and blasphemies against God for forty two months or three and one half years. He is allowed to overcome the saints during his reign and over everyone whose name is not in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

Then John saw another beast come from the earth with two lamb’s horns and speaks like a dragon. He has all the authority of the first beast in his presence and causes the earth and those that dwell therein to worship the first beast whose wound was healed. He performs great signs and wonders like calling down fire from heaven in front of people. He deceives those who live on earth to make an image of the beast whose wound was healed. He was given power to make the image talk and cause everyone who will not worship the image of the beast to be killed. This is the False Prophet of the one world church to come, Babylon the Harlot.

This image causes everyone to receive a mark on their right hand or on their forehead and none can buy, sell, or trade who doesn’t have the mark, the name of the beast, or his number which is 666. You can see that this is a false religion because they do not worship God alone.

Then we see Jesus standing on Mount Zion with the 144,000 who are Jewish male virgins as stated in Revelation 14:1. These are the first fruits and true and go wherever the lamb goes.

If anyone worships the beast, his image, or takes his mark, they will receive of God’s wrath without mercy and shall be tormented with fire and brimestone in the presence of the holy angels and the Lamb forever and ever.

From this point onward, blessed are those that die in the Lord, that they may rest from their labors and their works shall follow them.

Now come the last seven plagues which are the fulfillment of God’s wrath. Notice one very important point. When this event takes place, the temple in heaven is filled with smoke from God’s glory and no one, I repeat no one, can enter it. That means there can be no intercession for anyone until these seven plagues are poured out. Decisions have been made already and they stand.

The first bowl is poured out and a horrible, runny sore breaks out on those with the mark or the beasts worshippers. Agony comes to those that failed their God. No child of God is harmed by this.

The second bowl turns the sea to blood and all sea life dies.

The third bowl turns every river and spring of water to blood because they have shed the blood of saints. God gives them blood to drink.

The fourth bowl causes the sun to scorch them with fire.

The fifth bowl brings total darkness to the capital of the beast’s kingdom and they gnaw their tongues because of the pain. Again, this has no effect on believers.

The sixth bowl dries up the Euphrates Rive and prepares the way for the Kings of the east. Unclean spirits go forth to deceive all nations by supposed miracles and signs and all armies are gathered to the Valley of Jezreel or Armageddon.

The seventh bowl finishes the mystery of God and he says, “It is done.”

There are noises, thundering, lightening, and the last earthquake. This is the same one in the seventh seal because Jerusalem is divided into three parts, every island disappears, every mountain falls and every valley is filled up. The cities fall worldwide. Then comes hail  stones that weigh about a hundred pounds each that smash everything in their path.

The Harlot Babylon is judged and burned up in one hour. This false church sits on seven hills so should be recognizable to anyone with any knowledge of Rome. The woman, Babylon the Harlot, rules over the earth at that time. She is destroyed by fire and all the world’s merchants that grew wealthy because of her, weep and lament but don’t dare go close. This city will never be inhabited again but desolate and empty.

Now comes the marriage supper of the lamb, which is symbolic of when Christ comes to gather his elect or his believers, his bride.

Then heaven opens and Jesus is seen coming and the armies in heaven follow him. This is when there is silence in heaven for about a half hour. That’s fast. This is the time of the Battle of Armageddon where every nation’s army is gathered to do battle with Christ. All the earth’s fowls will be gathered and stuff themselves. The beast and false prophet are captured and cast alive into the Lake of Fire to be tormented forever. The rest are killed by the sword that comes from Christ’s mouth, the Word of God is sharper than any two edged sword. Satan is caught, bound, and cast into the bottomless pit for a thousand years. Blessed are those that have part in the first resurrection. Over them, the second death has no power. His own will live and rule with him for a thousand years.

Then satan is loosed for a short season and goes forth to deceive the nations and bring them against the holy city and Christ. Just as they near the holy city, fire from God the Father destroys them all. Then satan is cast alive into the Lake of Fire to be tormented forever and ever.

Then comes the Great White Throne Judgment where all the dead that weren’t in the first resurrection are brought to judgment. The books, their life history, are opened and the Lamb’s Book of Life is opened and they are judged by what they thought, said, and did. Whoever’s name is not found in the Book of Life is cast into the Lake of Fire. Death and Hell are cast into the Lake of Fire.

Then a new heaven and a new earth come from God out of heaven without blemish or spot. Then New Jerusalem with twelve foundations comes down and will sit forever. The tabernacle of God is with men and he will dwell with them in person. There will be no more veils over our eyes. We will see him, talk to him, and be with him forever. He will erase all the old things forever. There will be no temple for God and the Lamb are the temple in the new city. No light is needed because their glory is the light thereof.

We receive a warning that if anyone takes anything out of Revelation, God will remove their part from the Book of Life in the garden. If anyone adds to the things in Book of Revelation, God will add to them the plagues written in it. It is best to take heed and obey these sayings.

Keep the scriptures as they are. Don’t change or ignore anything. You do so at your own peril. God will judge you for it. That is a fact.

Now we have seen how so many events could have overwhelmed John some. As to when each event happens. I believe that many are happening at the same time. We will soon know for I believe the beginning of sorrows is with us right now.

I pray you read God’s Word for yourself and see what it says will come. Don’t believe anything not in the book. Don’t change what it says by pulling one verse out of context. Leave it where it is.

Revelation is very complex and hard for most to understand. Just accept it as it’s written. That’s all you have to do. May God guide and protect you and may you find Christ as your personal savior. That is the only way to avoid the Lake of Fire. There is no other say.

Blessed are those that read and keep the commandments and laws of God. You shall have your reward. Don’t build up riches on earth where you can’t take them with you. Businessmen, beware what you do. You pay pitiful wages and fatten your own bank accounts. You shall leave it all behind. If that’s all you care for, you have no riches in heaven. What you have here is all you will ever have and a Lake of Fire to come.

Politicians, lawyers; stop your lying ways. God will appoint you a place in the Lake of Fire as well.

Doctors, take no more than you really need. Don’t overcharge as you do. God will repay.

Let every sinner repent and do rightly or you will perish at God’s hand. You have been warned.
